I'm so excited, today is National Sugar Cookie Day and I didn't miss it! This is the first year I've remembered before it was over, so we're going to take a 10 minute pool break for you to view all the cookies I've been working on.
Are you ready to ride the waves with the surfboards?
Not without hibiscus board shorts.
Simple yellow flowers.
Next up, run for the roses...perfect for the Kentucky Derby, right?
I've always had trouble planting actual tulips, so making tulip cookies seemed like a breeze.
Perfect to cool down on a hot summer day were four dozen Asian fans.
Or maybe you would prefer a cupcake?
So many choices, these were perfect for dad or anyone you mustache a question.
Ready for a picnic were the ants.
It's really not summer until you break out the flip flops!
And fun pink and green daisies.
I hope your Summer is full of insects....cute edible insects.
Including all the Bumble Bees!
The sun is so bright it's wearing shades!
Watermelon has to be part of any summer celebration!
I really didn't have time, but who can say no a future bride? Especially after she asked if I would package them up, because this is how she wanted to ask her bridesmaids to be in her wedding.
Next I made orange polka dot watering cans.

When a bride to be asked if I could create cookies for her...
I do hope you enjoyed celebrating National Sugar Cookie Day with me.
