Christmas Oreo's!

I promise...I have more ideas than I've had time.  Which is why I'm sharing more Christmas Oreo Cookies.  I made these and then decided not to share on my blog until I had made something other than Oreo's.  That something else is a really fun idea and the kids would love it.  But you know, I'm thinking by now it's not going to happen this year, just like it didn't happen last year.  But I have hope for next year.  So on to the Christmas Oreo Cookies, I'm sure they won't disappoint.

Oreo Figgy Pudding!

Well, I hope I don't disappoint but these Oreo's look like Figgy Pudding, not taste like Figgy Pudding.  I don't even know what Figgy Pudding tastes like, do you?  I hear it's really good and doesn't taste like pudding at all, which is a good thing because I don't like pudding, unless it's in a cake.

Yule Log Cupcakes

Did you have a chance to make a Yule Log this Christmas?  Maybe it was on your list and either you ran out of time or chickened out.  Don't worry, you can make Yule Log Cupcakes.  They're just perfect for any festive party!

Candy Coated Pretzels!

So many ways to decorate a pretzel and sooo little time.  Good news, these can be made quickly.  Exactly what you need when you have a party to go to in a few hours.

Santa Rice Krispie Treat!

I told you I love making (and eating) Rice Krispie Treats.  Just when you think there isn't anything else I could possibly make into Christmas Rice Krispie treats, I show you these.

Peppermint Truffles!

One of my favorite Christmas combos is peppermint and chocolate.  And I've made my share of peppermint creations in the past, in fact I have pages of blog posts dedicated to PEPPERMINT.  Today I'm adding another addition to the peppermint family.

Rice Krispie Treats that Look Like Gifts!

I've been wrapping gifts...with fondant.  Actually I'm topping Rice Krispie Treats with Wilton fondant to look like Christmas packages.

This post is sponsored by Wilton, all opinions are my own.

Sugared Cranberries

Are you the kind that watches and waits for something to cool, just like the recipe says?  I try, I really do, but it's just sooooo hard for me to wait.  It's always cool this, cool that and I just don't have the patience to cool things.  I'll wait until it's warm, but cool?  Nope, can't do it.  Today, I'm happy to report, I not only cooled the syrup, it was COLD!  And then it was magic, my patience paid off.

I have a love for cranberries and use them every year in something.  Bringing back one of my favorites, I decided to make Sugared Cranberries.

Gluten Free Yule Log

Welcome to the center of attention!  Sometimes gluten free desserts can be trouble, meaning they call for a lot of unusual ingredients.  Even the names of the ingredients scare me away.  After looking through several of my favorite recipes, I found I have many that are naturally gluten free, including this Yule Log!

Peppermint Cheesecake Lollipop!

Yes, it's a peppermint lollipop, but don't lick it...take a big fat bite!  Remember when I made the Peppermint Cheesecake wrapped like candy?  This is the year to make it again with a new twist.  And in case you don't have time to actually make the cheesecake, you can buy it and package it the same.  You know, it's all about the packaging.

Gingerbread + Chocolate = YUM!

I'm about to tell you something you might not believe...For the first time in forever, wait, wrong movie.  I mean for the very first time, I watched "Elf".  I know, I can't believe it either.  Although my family insists I've watched it...which could be true, only I may have been "resting" my eyes during the movie.  This time my eyes were wide open and now it's my new favorite Christmas movie!  After it was over, I was kind of sad realizing I hadn't watched it until now.  All those "Elf" years gone.

From now on I may need to watch it at least two times every Christmas.  And while watching, why not munch on Gingerbread Cookies?  Dipped in chocolate of course.

Chocolate Dipped Marshmallows!

Tis the season for dipping...chocolate dipping.  For some reason, when Christmas rolls around I want to dip everything in chocolate.  It's no big secret chocolate dipped marshmallows are a delicious holiday treat, I'm just going to show you how to make them a little merrier.

Snowflake Tree Cupcakes

Is it snowing and cold?  If you answer yes to either of those questions, these are the cupcakes for you.  If you answer no, then you live somewhere warm and you don't need cupcakes to cheer you up.  We've had quite the cold spell, but it's okay with me because I'm in the kitchen baking cupcakes.

Magic Shell Ice Cream Trees!

Do you eat ice cream in the winter?  I hope so because I've created a cute little tree that looks like a cake pop.  Only it's not, it's a Magic Shell Ice Cream Tree.

North Pole Place Cards!

Because I won't be hosting Christmas dinner this year and I wanted to make place cards, I decided the perfect setting would be at the dinner Santa is hosting for his reindeer.  You didn't know Santa hosted a dinner party did you?  How else did you think the reindeer have all that energy to fly through the sky?

This year they're going to be flying high when they see how cute their place cards are.  And if you are hosting Christmas dinner, you can use your guests names.  Or let them pretend they are the reindeer...I would want to be a reindeer, so from now on please call me Vixen.

Peppermint Cheesecake!

The nice list...are you on it?  I can guarantee Santa will consider your name even if you've been naughty, but only if you make this Peppermint Cheesecake.  The packaging factor is ranked as high as the taste factor.    On a scale of one to ten, I'd give them both a fifteen, because it's just that good.
